Here's one of the most essential part of the boards that everyone needs to know:
the Rules! Your friendly neighborhood moderators ask that you use your common sense when posting and be nice to others! We are all here to share our love and support for w-inds.!
How to contact the staff of the club:If you think something applies to all members as a whole, you should post it at the
suggestions board first, but if you have a private issue (with another member, etc.) or if you think only a staff member can fix the issue, you should contact the staff here directly. You may do so by sending an e-mail to
fc@w-inds.ws.
General Rules for the Forums (Applies to Everyone Registered at w-inds.metropolis):1. Please do not submit single word and single phrase posts (examples: "cool!" and "thank you"). Please post something that adds value to the discussion at hand.
2. Please do not double-reply unless it's to bump a topic. Double posting is: (post#1 = *something something*) (2 minutes later: post #2 = *oh, i just remembered something else*). Please use the "Modify" button if you would like to add to or edit your post.
3. Bumping (replying to an old topic to make it go to the top of the list of topics) is allowed if it has been at least
24 hours since your previous reply and you have a good reason for bumping the post (announcing an update of information, etc.). Please be considerate of other people's topics since bumping brings your topic to the top of the list.
4. Try to post and create threads in the appropriate boards. Please note that staff may move around threads and boards in order to better organize the forums.
5. Please use proper language. Also, be sure to choose a color of font that is easily readable (i.e. please refrain from using white and other light colored text, except when the forums layout's background is black or another dark color).
6. Please do not bash each other or any other music artist. Learn to share w-inds. with other fangirls and to be respectful of other artists even if you do not like them. Please be patient with other members as some may have only been a w-inds. fan for a month or others may be very young in age and have difficulties understanding things. When in doubt, just be nice.
7. Freedom of speech is allowed and encouraged as long as you are respectful of everyone here. For any content that is rated PG-13, please place the contents between hide tags, so that members have to reply to the post first before they can view the content. Adult content or content that is otherwise offensive in nature is not allowed on this forum. Hide tags are as follows (but without the spaces inside the brackets): [ hide] *PG-13 content* [ /hide]
8. Be sure to credit the source where you got information or content from. If a person or website clearly stated that no one can repost the content, then please respect the content creator and do not post it in our forums.
9. Please do not repost information from this forum without asking for permission first (permission is usually granted if you ask nicely); we spend time translating news and information, so please respect our efforts by asking for permission before reposting our work. After you receive permission from us, if you repost information from our club, please credit us and link back to

Punishments:

1st offense: You will receive a warning message/PM from a mod.
2nd offense: You are publicly warned on the boards for 7 days.
3rd offense: You are muted for 7 days (you can view posts, but you cannot post).
4th offense: You are suspended for 7 days.
5th offense: You are banned from w-inds.metropolis, and we reserve the right to remove your membership from our club.
Special Punishments:

Spamming
Disrespectful Behavior
Dishonesty
Publicly insulting or flaming on the forums
Immediately gets banned from the forums (possibly the fan club as well, and may face legal complications):
Copying content and ideas from our club without asking for permission or crediting us
Copying from other members without permission or credit
Stalking club members
Releasing or selling personal information to third parties
Hacking the forums when you do not have admin permissions to do so
Posting advertisements that encourage illegal activity
